Physician Rounding
At the core of our service lies the philosophy “Prevention is better than Cure”. Once a day, our dedicated clinical team perform rounding led by physicians and head nurses, including general health and cognitive assessment and vital signs monitoring so as to ensure our nursing team is able to take the most appropriate preventative measures in the event of any critical changes that may occur to a resident’s condition, as quickly as possible.
