Once a day, our dedicated clinical team perform rounding led by physicians and head nurses, including general health and cognitive assessment and vital signs monitoring so as to ensure our residents receive the optimal care.

Includes health assessment, health improvement and ancillary services in order to provide a comprehensive health solution to maintain the health and wellbeing of our residents, enabling them to live a happy and healthy life.

We respect the individuality of each resident. Therefore, life and healthcare planning are customized to each residents’ lifestyle preferences and needs.

Our activities program includes companionship, arts and crafts, painting and calligraphy, chess and films, curated and led by a team of qualified social and recreational personnel.

Cascade Living provides skilled nursing care, including personal hygiene, assistance with activities of daily living, oral care, vital sign monitoring, medications management, wound care, bed sore management, chronic disease management and more.

Sharing meals is the foundation of creating new bonds and connecting to a community. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in delicious dining options for a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences and requirements. We offer various dish options for our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu every day. Special dietary requirements, such as texture modifications, low fat, diabetic can be tailored to our residents’ preference. All meals are nutritionally balanced and attractively presented with our residents’ dining pleasure in mind.
1.the elderly is required to submit a physical examination report conducted within the past six months at a tier 3 public hospital;
2.In order to ensure the health and safety of our residents, we do not admit elderly with infectious diseases that are deemed contagious. The elderly and/or their guardians must present their identification documents, examination reports, health records, admission registration form at the Administration Office at the time of registration. Involved parties must sign the admission agreement and settle all payments, including Room & Board, Care Fee, deposits in order to receive the official admission certificate and other notices
1.identification document and hukou of the elderly and his or her gurantor.
2.If the guarantor is an entity, then an official seal and the signature of the legal person must be presented.
3.The principal should sign Power of Attorney and provide Letter of Commitment under any of the following circumstances:
• Resident’s children are not available and Resident intends to appoint a third-party as a guarantor; or
• Children to reach consensus on appointing one of them to be the guarantor.
4.Residents without children should obtain according certificate from local bureau of civil affairs. Relatives as guarantors should have proof of kinship issued by the police office of the Resident’s domicile.
5.Children refusing to provide guarantee for Resident’s acceptance of service and appointing a third party as guarantor should present Power of Attorney.
6.Resident’s medical history record, inpatient statement, laboratory test report, radiology records and so on.
7.Resident’s physical examination report issued by a Tier Two or above Hospital within three months.
