Our caregiver diligently adjusted the indoor lighting of Mrs. Li’s room and retrofitted the room with thicker curtains in order to minimize light exposure in the room.

Upon admitting into Cascade Living, Mrs. Li was able to recuperate her physical and mental strength under the care provided by our team of clinical and nursing team. Mrs. Li is now able to wake up according to her natural circadian clock at 7 am, before heading downstairs to the canteen to enjoy her morning walk and breakfast. After breakfast, Mrs. Li enjoys doing simple exercise routines in the garden and chit-chatting with other residents within the community. In addition, she is now strong enough to even take on some daily chores for her friends and participate in more group activities. Mrs. Li expressed that Cascade Living has helped her cultivate a deeper bond with her daughter, who visits regularly to dine with her.
